Laser: Outcomes vary with skin tone, hair colour and thickness. A patch test is required before your first session. A course of 6 to 8 sessions is typically needed. Results are long-term hair reduction, not permanent removal.
Chemical peels: Peels carry a risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, particularly on deeply pigmented skin. A patch test and pre-treatment regimen are required. Medium and deep peels are offered only after medical assessment.

What affects an international order. Transit times are estimates and exclude customs clearance, which we do not control. Aerosols, high-percentage acids and some over-the-counter (OTC) drug products including sunscreen and benzoyl peroxide are restricted or prohibited in certain countries; restricted items are hidden automatically at checkout for those destinations. Where duties are marked payable on arrival, the carrier will collect them from you before release. If a shipment is refused or abandoned at customs, outbound shipping is not refundable.

Offering a free service on anything below 5 is generous, and it is a choice not a standard.
The reasoning: a 4 out of 5 usually means something small went wrong that the client did not want to mention. Recovering that costs one service; losing the client costs every future visit. Published research puts acquisition at five to seven times the cost of retention.
But it can be gamed, and it can train clients to expect something. Watch the numbers for a month. If your 4-star rate climbs rather than falls, the offer is the problem, not the service.

Published salon retail commission commonly runs 5–15%, but it varies widely by market and by whether the technician is employed or renting a chair. Set them against your own product margin — if you buy at 40% of retail, a 15% commission still leaves you a working margin. If you dropship at a thinner margin, 15% may be too high.

Your Stripe account is awaiting approval, so the Pay Deposit buttons are hidden from your website. Clients see a short note asking them to arrange the deposit with you directly instead. Nothing has been deleted.

Taking payments in the meantime
In person — Square Tap to Pay on your iPhone. The client taps their card or phone directly on your handset. No card reader needed. Over the phone — Square Virtual Terminal. You type their card details while they are on the call. By message — send a Square payment link over WhatsApp. Safest option, as the client enters their own card.
Square also holds a card on file and enforces your 24-hour / 50% and no-show / 100% policy automatically — something Stripe payment links cannot do.

The File Upload field is the important one — without it, photos cannot be stored. In the Jotform builder, search the element list for “file”.
Jotform free includes 100 submissions per month and 100 MB of photo storage, account-wide. Phone photos are 2–5 MB each, so download and purge old entries monthly to avoid filling the space.
Availability Controls
Switch services and products on or off, set how far ahead you are booking, or mark the shop sold out. Changes appear on your website straight away. Nothing is deleted — switching an item back on restores it exactly as it was.

An email backup (Formspree) runs silently behind Jotform. If Jotform is ever unreachable, bookings still arrive by email so nothing is lost. No action needed.
Tip: both links are public and safe to share. Never put a Stripe secret key (starts with sk_ or rk_) in this file.
Client Forms & Policies
Virtual and in-person intake, consent, and payment forms.
Payments & Appointment Holds: Deposits and consult fees are collected via a secure Stripe Payment Link — no card numbers ever touch this website. To hold a card on file for cancellation and no-show fees, cards are stored securely inside the booking system (Square Appointments / Acuity), which enforces the policy automatically. Cancellations under 24 hours are charged 50%; no-shows 100%. Card details are never displayed here.

Storage note: These submissions are stored on this device for demo & testing. For permanent, cross-device client records, connect the flow to Jotform or Google Forms — each submission is then stored automatically in that tool, one record per client, exportable. Ask to wire the links.
